Meet our new ticketing provider OnTheStage and FAQ

Ticketing is now safer, easier, and more rewarding with our new ticketing provider OTS.  Designed by theatre people for theatre people, OTS allows us to offer more options than ever before (and some fancy new bells and whistles will be coming right around the corner).  If you have any questions or comments as we are continuing to integrate OTS into MLT’s ticketing, please use the contact us button on the website or message us on social media @ maconlittletheatre.  Some FAQs are below:

Q: Are there any hidden fees?

A: NO!  The shown ticket price includes all processing and fees.  What you see is what you pay!

Q: Can I still exchange a ticket?

A: Yes!  While we do not offer ticket refunds, you can still exchange a ticket to a different performance of the same show at no additional cost.  Please contact our box office for assistance with this process.  Please DO NOT purchase new seats to hold while attempting to change your tickets as we CANNOT refund orders.

Q: Does Macon Little Theatre have any wearable hearing assistance devices?

A: No, Macon Little Theatre does not have any additional audio equipment or assistive listening devices to provide patrons.  While we have upgraded our sound equipment to attempt to provide the best possible audio experience, we do not currently have any of the expensive equipment required to safely broadcast show audio to individuals or wearable devices.

Q: Are children allowed in the theatre?  Do they need their own ticket?

A: All children are required to have a ticket to attend a performance, even if they will sit in a parent's lap.  While we welcome younger audiences for our MLT Family productions, for the comfort of the audience, no one under the age of 5 is allowed in the theatre for any Mainstage or After Dark productions.
